By using ElScoreKam you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
The service
- ElScoreKam is a score counter for friendly volleyball and padel matches. It is free at the moment. Paid features may be added later; we'll say clearly what costs money before you pay for anything.
- It is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always work, for example with no internet connection, on every phone, or with every Bluetooth button, watch or voice assistant.
The score is yours to agree on
- ElScoreKam records the points the players enter. It doesn't referee the match. Players are responsible for agreeing on the score and the rules.
- ElScoreKam isn't an official scoring system for leagues, tournaments or betting, and we aren't responsible for decisions or results based on it.
Fair use
- Don't try to break, overload or misuse the service or its live features, and don't use other people's links to change their scores.
- Don't use team names to insult or harass anyone. We may limit or block misuse.
Third-party services
Some features rely on services we don't control, such as Siri, smart watches, earbuds and your browser's speech features. Their own terms apply.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by the service being unavailable or by a wrongly entered score.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

باستخدامك ElScoreKam فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدامه.
الخدمة
- ElScoreKam تطبيق لحساب نتيجة مباريات الكرة الطائرة والبادل الودية، وهو مجاني حاليًا. قد تُضاف ميزات مدفوعة لاحقًا، وسنوضح بجلاء ما له تكلفة قبل أن تدفع أي شيء.
- تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي". نعمل على أن تكون دقيقة ومتاحة، لكن لا نضمن أن تعمل دائمًا، مثلًا بدون اتصال بالإنترنت، أو على كل الهواتف، أو مع كل أزرار البلوتوث أو الساعات أو المساعدات الصوتية.
الاتفاق على النتيجة مسؤولية اللاعبين
- يسجّل ElScoreKam النقاط التي يدخلها اللاعبون، ولا يقوم بدور الحكم. اللاعبون مسؤولون عن الاتفاق على النتيجة والقواعد.
- ElScoreKam ليس نظام تسجيل رسميًا للدوريات أو البطولات أو المراهنات، ولسنا مسؤولين عن أي قرارات أو نتائج تُبنى عليه.
الاستخدام العادل
- لا تحاول تعطيل الخدمة أو إثقالها أو إساءة استخدامها هي أو ميزاتها المباشرة، ولا تستخدم روابط الآخرين لتغيير نتائجهم.
- لا تستخدم أسماء الفرق لإهانة أحد أو مضايقته. قد نقيّد أو نمنع إساءة الاستخدام.
خدمات الأطراف الأخرى
تعتمد بعض الميزات على خدمات لا نتحكم فيها، مثل Siri والساعات الذكية والسماعات وميزات الكلام في متصفحك، وتسري عليها شروطها الخاصة.
المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن الخسائر غير المباشرة، ولا عن الخسائر الناتجة عن عدم توفر الخدمة أو عن نتيجة أُدخلت بشكل خاطئ.
التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وسنغيّر التاريخ أعلاه عند ذلك. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
